What is PEMF?

PEMF supports a horse's  (and mule and donkey!) natural healing abilities providing quicker recovery from injuries, a long day of work, or a hard race. It's a great complementary approach to many other therapies.

PEMF for dogs is commonly used to address pain, arthritis, inflammation, stiffness, bone injuries, and wounds. It has been used for ligament injuries, spinal cord injuries, and neurological conditions. PEMF also relieves  pain and discomfort many older dogs experience.

PEMF can provide improved recovery from wounds and bone injuries along with faster recovery from hoof injuries and hoof cracks. Studies also show PEMF is effective for injury prevention. PEMF therapy often decreases inflammation and increases circulation, which may support the extension of muscle fibers for a higher active range of motion, freer movement, and a smoother, longer stride.
